thanks all for the insights. My primary motivation or interest is the timing and reasoning for future exercise of warrants by warrant holders, assuming of course they do. The BLA does indicate that there's an intention to do so or yes as per Learner, the tax treatment of profits as per exercising the warrant

If all the warrants were exercised today (226m) the profit if sold at today's price (exercise or strike price is 2.5p - current price 3.9p) would be around £3.20m. That's a decent incentive to exercise and sell. If they do exercise then surely the intention IS to sell the stock directly into the market once ownership is confirmed otherwise why exercise?

If no news arrives on warrant exercises then can we assume that warrant holders are happy to hold the warrant for material news and then exercise and sell which may suggest they have an inkling of developments to come...

I'm not entirely au-fait with the workings of warrants and why holders would choose to exercise and then sell to turn the profit so my rather naive musings are just that, naive

I genuinely do not see what the problem is. I can't post L2 updates in any meaningful sense anyway , but that aside L2 info is informative and useful when compared to many other posts on many other boards. A lot of postings are simply repetition.

If L2 changes in any material sense I will update the board in a general sense and if some find that annoying then filter me ffs
