It's not a shake, i bet it's sellers looking to buy BVC, AVCT etc etc. I've done the stuff myself in the past. Chasing stocks in this fashion never ends well

I see Lenigas is involved in Tasmania with NQ Minerals. I wonder if he's considering taking on GGP's Tasmanian asset?!

I believe Havieron will take on significant corporate importance for Newcrest precisely as a result of the points that you raise. NCM will implement all that they have learnt from previous mines and apply those lessons to the construction and development of Havieron. Indeed recent presentations by SB go out of their way to promote the importance of Havieron to the future of Newcrest.

Let's hope our other near licences exhibit similar Hav characteristics. GGP's other Paterson assets may prove a tempting target for NCM too

That's a superb end to the trading day. I love this stock. I love the fact that now, when it sells down and considering the bearish environment, you can almost sense the latent demand for stock. That may change of course depending of news flow but for now the bulls have the upper-hand

I have never used a stop loss. Indeed, I've never understand what anyone does. Limit orders is another function I have never used. If I want a position in stock I'll either buy online or pick up the phone (NT) and call my broker to buy at best

A poster on ADVFN also saw the 2.5m at 8p trade go through on the price monitor which was then promptly printed on the trades page at 7.8p....weird....sorry, I thought i was seeing things..sorted now

Note, it's a FIFO role so it seems the CV-19 limitations appear to have been or certainly planning to be lifted
