I've been there myself mate. Now coming back with a better mind, a better attitude and a better bank balance. Losing money is destructive to both life and mind. The only thing you can do is learn from your losses, do the research, sometimes step back from risk but with time begin to 'see again' the opportunities when they present themselves.
