So NCM's been diluted and now they are threatening to remove their presence from the board of SOLG. I don't see what NCM stands to gain from their involvement with SOLG. They have no shareholder control. They have no control over any aspect of SOLG's operations. They can't influence Mather as he's just diluted them, again. No wonder Biswas is p-ssed with Mather. And they paid 40p+ for their stake (I think)...they're down 50% already

I suppose they'll make that loss up on the value created at Havieron

The design of the mine will be all important. I bet Newcrest will apply all they have learned and perfected into making Havieron one of the world's cheapest gold-copper mines. Automation will also drive down costs. And the CAPEX costs will be very low according to recent estimates..No capex for processing facilities which is a huge bonus

If the AISC is that low for Havieron the margin boost for Newcrest group would transform their rating. If you strip out Cadia's AISC from Newcrest's group AISC their group AISC would crush its earnings...Red Chris and Havieron could indeed prove value accretive to the group
