There's some stock sloshing around but that's an opportunity to pick up stock at below placing. Encouraging people to buy GGP at prices above ATH's etc was irresponsible. Now GGP's at multi-year lows and with the company developed way beyond what it was 3 years ago, now is the time to buy rather than when the price was roaring away.

Most tend to buy when they price is roaring away which can be riskier but we all know GGP is far further down the development road than it's ever been in its existence and yet the valuation is lower today than it was 2 years ago which is somewhat incongruous but then that's the temporal nature of the market

When the placing flipper's finished the stock will rally. Why they're flipping at a loss I have no idea, maybe liquidity
