Directors Dealings/PDMR Shareholding

Kelso, the main market listed company, announces that John Goold, CEO of the Company, and Jamie Brooke, CIO of the Company, have each bought 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Specifically on 18 July 2023, John Goold bought 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.77p. John's subsequent holding is 40,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.7% of the total voting rights of the Company. On 19 July 2023, Jamie Brooke bought 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.77p. Jamie's subsequent holding is 21,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.6% of the total voting rights of the Company. The company's current issued share capital is 317,525,000 Ordinary Shares.

The directors of Kelso, in aggregate, own 69,150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 21.8% of the total voting rights of the Company.

FTSE100 just spiked on those inflation figures..one would argue that the probability of a lower than expected rate rise or not one at all is reducing..equities love lower rates as it encourages liquidity away from fixed interest securities into equity

I'm intrigued as to what the price is 'pricing in' at present? An obvious turnaround in fortunes but is there more to the strenght in price? time as ever will tell

We await the next piece of material news but the market now wants to see real momentum in sales, cashflow to neutral and profits without paper adjustments...I reckon MM will achieve all of this, in time,

Personally, I'd like to see divestment and reorganisation with proceeds to finance debt repayments. debt's always a pain up the recccttumm for any business

The value is breaking apart THG not in THG as a whole ie hiving off certain parts of the business to focus on that part which offers the greatest opportunity for growth

Whey prices have halved in price since Sept 2022 so if your figures are accurate then the upward hit on profits and cashflow could be transformative for THG
