I do know that legal teams don't submit claims unless there is more than 50% success

You can have a claim made against one on implied contract and remembering the dialog then on various posts, I think that's correct.

The sale of asset and the claim for compensation from the government was not included in the company's forecasted profits x

Odx did have a meteorite rise to 70 pence with a expectations of a rise to £1.00 but then, when the rug was pulled from a £350 million government contract, the share nose dived.

A lot of people including myself blamed colin King for failing to complete the contract.

It's now been disclosed the government were unlawful in giving contracts to their party donors.

Since the government has already been found guilty, there is no need for expensive court case just a claim that is in seven figures.

The position of a non executive director is to challenge the BoD in its business .

The money from Kenya stated to be £4 million ( source dsaf) I wonder what /parrnership or product us being envisage or sought after.....must be good due to directors buy in.
