We are at loggerheads - I was referring to a post by "pilotov" on AVDFN. I haven't read the one you are referring to.
"It seems a bit excessive to expect them to itemize every drone they use and assign them to specific departments" - Agreed, but who asked them to do that?
Someone is asking on another chat site: Does SA (not Geocurve) actually have any drones, pilots or sales personnel and whether they have any assets at all to show for all the money that has raised on the AIM?. Anyone here know the answers? (I've never seen any photos of their "fleet" or staff, other than one instructor)
Looks like a second 80 million sell went through late last thing Friday - totaling 160 million!! Dread to think what's going to happen to the SP first thing Monday....
I don't understand - according to callit, maidit and mcadder this "little gem" is going places and on the brink of a boom, but someone sells 80 million share on a Friday afternoon! They must know something we don't....that is serious money.
I suppose there could be a dedicated clerk whose only job it is to play with the SP and the spread of Strat Aero while waiting for an RNS to appear. On the other hand, it could be that the SEAQ (Stock Exchange Automated Quotation system) is used to trade the smaller less liquid companys shares usually listed on the AIM. Shares in smaller companies can be less frequently traded, therefore to ensure there is always a price being quoted, registered Market Makers commit to providing a sell and buy price in a specified quantity of shares. Most shares have more than one Market Maker and the price you see quoted is usually the best sell and buy price available. When the market is open the Market Makers create their bid and offer prices based on the orders they receive. Please note this last line all you conspiracy theorists - 'cos it's all automated!
Is anyone available to translate this latest post from maidit into plain, and therefore comprehensible, English?
That's a lot of bullish!
That just shows you what SA could have done! 200 instructors, 6400 students trained! What have SA been doing? They don't even have a sales team.
Lineker? Powers? Glitter?
Here it comes, indeed! I love the way they managed to sneak "8 to 10 Million" into the RNS - certainly fooled a few trigger happy investors! Seems they've read it properly now...
So, let me get this right: A buy is a buy and never a sell. A sell is a sell or maybe a buy. What on earth is it that makes LSE lie? Is it a buy that is priced so low that it drags down the Sp, so they call it a sell? Lot of experts here but no one seems to know!
"suspended animation" you say"? That's very near to just "suspension"! Let;s hope not, but they need money soon according to the last accounts.....
Trouble with a loan is that it has to be repaid, from profits. Profits have evaded SA for three years and there is no real sign of that changing in the foreseeable future. The last loan was negotiated at a staggering 25% interest - though eventually re-nogiated to a "manageable" level. My money is on a (6th?) placing.
One could be forgiven for thinking that the SP is being held up to try and get a placing away at a reasonable level.. I hate to think which way it will go after, and if, they eventually get one with its inevitable dilution.
Strat Aero plc, an international aerospace company focused on the rapidly emerging Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") sector, is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement on a joint venture arrangement (the "Joint Venture") with UAV Airways Limited ("UAVAir") a privately owned company which, as a UK CAA Approved National Qualified Entity ("NQE"), specialises in the provision of UAV training, including qualifying future UAV pilots. The Joint Venture (which will be provisionally known as UAVAir by Strat Aero) will be aimed at establishing future Remotely Piloted Aircraft & Systems ("RPAS") training centres and delivering RPAS training courses in territories overseas.
Yes, maidit, agreed on the funding news SP re-rate. It always has in the past.
The Gatwick "building and staff" was an unmanned service office in the Beehive. I have never seen anyone working there.
Getting rid of offices and staff is not a good sign. It means there's no work for them. Opening offices and taking on staff is a good sign.
