For a company of this size an 8million contract would be phenomenal and in reality a share price of around 50p achievable. SNT already have multiple UK government orders so imo their is no reason why they couldn't do the same across the pond. Sabien Inc is now established and should bring in contracts but not of this magnitude, $800m is completely ludicrous imo.
Sabien Inc have already stated they are in discussions with potential partners 9 weeks ago now so news could drop soon regarding this. What value who knows, might be nothing, but that's the chances you take. Also worth remembering that the total value of contract is not all profit.

Please note a Director of a company should at a minimum be in charge, show accountability, control and responsibility for the organisation. Yet even after Tweeting to say more PR we have to hear news from Petroteq. Come on guys get your shi** together especially when your on site. What are you doing ?.
