Sorry to stick an oar in but the safety is good at 100mgkg with Clevegen and the information released today supports the case for a potential cancer immunotherapy therapy. Have taken an interest after the sp fell espcially as i work in the pre clinical ADME/PK area. Is there any pre clinical oncology efficacy data available ?. Decided to buy some just over 120p today. IF Japanese results are good and coupled with European sub group data they could be back on track. Fingers crossed.
