Can’t see as need charger for other phone first. Appears better market now .22 to 0.23 but can’t test limits.

Have to agree, didn’t have enough stock with this mornings buys hence the ask rising and NT for larger trades. Are time is coming here

If they allow 18p I'll buy straight in again, after 15.66p initial buy. 19p was stacked on the ask friday and attacked hard but was never going to knock it. Whether the Times press can overcome this time will tell. If it can 20/30's in a couple of trading days and I don't underestimate the power of Sir Sorrell's name on board. People will play this down but it has many pluses. Shares in circ is huge bonus and time limit selling for new media monks massive bonus.

Could be mixture of previous holders taking their money and mm's doing dealing's between themselves to hold the book, imo. The book Monday will be very interesting especially after paper exposure. A lot will depend on what orders they have to fill and tactics used to fill them, as always.

Knowing the way markets over and under react I would say between 35p to 80p.Mediamonks share holders might have some dictation on this sp once RTO'd as they'll own 90% the combined company. If they believe it's worth more I am sure they'll be buying too which is good for our sp as they'll be the same company. Confused myself now

After doing some reading a very conservative valuation of Media Monk would be 150 million euros or 133 million quid (revenue euros110mill) so let's just say the whole new company should be worth a minimum of 135million pounds, including our 2mill cash. Giving us 13.5million pounds (ca10%) compares to mcap of currently 4million. I also think Sorrell wants a bit of payback with WPP

I bet losing his 20mill bonus was kick in the teeth. Although he has ended up with media monks through S4/Derr. A lifetime of contracts and drive to compete against WPP, hmmmm. 'WPP has expressed anger at Sorrell’s decision to pursue MediaMonks because he previously looked at the Dutch firm when he was chief executive of WPP – before he abruptly exited in April after an investigation into his personal conduct. His old employer believes he has broken a confidentiality clause in his WPP employment contract and has warned Sorrell is likely to have put his potential £20m bonus at risk by allegedly using information from his time running the group. A source close to WPP said the plan to withdraw any bonus payments due to Sorrell was "not an idle threat" – regardless of whether he was successful in acquiring MediaMonks. Sorrell has denied breaking any confidential agreement and said threats to withhold bonuses were a "weak and feeble attempt to destabilise the bid".
