No bank in their right mind would go unconditional on debt without knowing that the equity is committed.

It will all be signed (probably under the umbrella of a Master Finance Agreement - MFA - with an Inter Creditor Deed - ICD ) at one time across a group of lawyers representing all parties, coterminous (all at once).

No news right now is bloody good, as they’re all busy bringing a wide-ranging deal screaming into the reality we seek.

Well…. We ALWAYS go down to the wire, and this is a sizeable, multi-faceted, complex deal to get away.. So, it’s looking like early next week, or an “almost there” RNS..

Personally, 9 yrs in and counting, all things considered.. quite relaxed either way ….
