If you put debt into a business that typically doesn’t allow you to sit on a board. However, if you put equity in (invest) then depending on how much (%) you can appoint.

Banks have been known to put a blend of debt and equity into businesses, and in theory could appoint on the latter.

Typically this doesn’t apply to traditional/normal lenders, more investment types..

I’m not a big Harry fan.

There has been a lot of over-promise under-deliver in the mix, and this has to an extent prejudiced shareholders.

I am one of those.

It is important to manage shareholder aspirations conservatively, and I don’t think this has been done brilliantly.

That said, you paint an overly derogatory picture of the man and his “lifestyle” I think. I have met with him and know that he works bloody hard.

On balance my prior comments stand.

I'm entirely relaxed if this takes a good chunk of Q2 to get fully done. I believe it will.

But then I'm a long term investor, not a short term trader or parasitic shorter, and I'm not stood on a burning platform either.
