I cannot imagine a better time in history for a junior gold miner to go unconditional with financing and move into a mine build phase.

The prospect of being materially cashed up and then going into a process to enable production within 18 months is significant and undeniable.

The other interesting angle regarding physical gold and its rapidly increasing price, is whether there is an underlying reason for this... i.e. will fiat currencies again be pegged to Au.. or will (and I think there is a growing case for this) the US revalue gold upwards to assist with lowering its mountainous fiscal deficit?

The US budget going forward shows no obvious, current measures to reduce spending.. so something has to give. There is further increasing evidence when you look at the significant repatriation of and also current desire to audit these inventories.... why, and why now? There is a master plan in play.... time will tell, and it could be the timing of the gods for those on the right side of future developments....
