Too early for any agreement. THG basically said 15th May to put up or shut up, yet we all want an answer after 5 days

A bid/offer already has been put forward . There was a reason for the initial RNS which then cited every share.

Why think otherwise? Unless not understanding the RNS reLtimg to Apollo? The RNS was very clear as to what was on offer, every share.

IPO levels are long gone and many will have averaged down. Even MM with his mopping up of some at 30 odd p etc.

Would love to know the link/reasons behind the BGK holding, how well he knows moulding or someone close to him, and if he’s just in it for the value to come or to side with moulding against the city and move it overseas.

Whilst Kelso are low in terms of %age, we don’t know how much some of the investors also hold outside of Kelso, some serious net worth in there.

If Sparta declare as well this week, I genuinely have no idea how the shorts exit with such a sticky shareholder base.

Apollo initial offer could end up being quite a bit lower than the rising SP once it’s made public.

Guess all will become clear in next 3 weeks or sooner, but it’s either Apollo pay the money and good money at that or MM has already got a plan with his peers/pals etc to take it back private himself.

He clearly wants to hurt the city specially the shorts and he has the means to do so.

Either way, it’s happening soon imho.

As I’ve already guesstimated….Apollo 1st bid at £1.20 but then who knows. The SOTP is the figure that can’t be touted….but if MM chooses to go private, the initial value will be driven by the panicking shorts heading for the door

Hasn’t there effectively been an offer already hence the RNS and the need for all the form 8’s. I think what you meant to say was, there’s an offer but it may not be accepted which is very difference to saying there is no bid

Not getting into technicals as again, there’s quite a few variations of what could happen.

My view, SOTP May be a bit rich for Apollo but I reckon they’re having a go at 1.20/1.50ish but who knows.

GLA and I’ll let the facts of the bid/offer inform my decision once it/if gets made public.

Suspect the value may not be there now in your view, but I feel Apollo at looking much further ahead.

Seen it quite a bit now where once US is fully awake the SP has a further run.

Because they know what they are doing and are trusted

Hence their interest in THG is for very good reason and to only make money for their clients ;-)

Stating very much the obvious, but having Apollo knocking on our door is much more viable that the likes of the candy kids previously who wanted to load debt
