Apollo have plenty to buy THG lock stock and barrel as per the RNS. Just a case of waiting for the bid.

This is in addition to flushing out all the holders via the form 8’s to see who’s been buying on the quiet.

Oke. I believe they have to declare within 10 business days of the offer being declared.

But not sure if this only applies if it’s a formal offer, or just what has been noted as a prelim offer to date?

Think it’s the latter as many form 8’s have been coming through, so we’ll know by next Friday I assume :-)
