Seems like lot of negative hearsay on here again, even though I see it as a positive that the 200m extra shares kicked in yet the SP remained stable therefore valuing the company higher.

Let’s hope for a Xmas rally. And actually wait for some news updates rather than assumptions yet again

I doubt it is. Think it’s some posters who report anything and everything that doesn’t suit them, along with posters likely reporting their own posts even to then comment on on their post being removed. It takes all sorts am sure!!

I doubt the LSE even review the reports properly and just delete whatever someone has chosen to report regardless.

Definitely better for sanity to limit own posts/viewing on here. But great to see the progress so far and hopefully a Black Friday update of some sort would be great.

Fantastic on THG ingenuity side as well for those that got in and watching that with interest as well.

Awaiting a further trading update with positivity and great to see the ingenuity price bubbling up and whilst it means going via the broker and Jenkins to match your sale, looking at the trade sizes suggests it’s fluid enough with a bit of patience. I’ll hold onto my small holding a bit longer seeing as it moved to 80p+ trades quickly enough on the Google news

Yeah it’s great news on the ingenuity side, only took a small allocation though. But will continue to watch with interest. Anything near the Google partnership valuation and I’ll offload them.

See this board is calming slightly with its loony posts (you know who you are), and maybe the tide is turning.

Like the price of THG ingenuity has moved up to 80p? Not seen a trade at that price yet. But think it shows indicative pricing on JP Jenkins possibly based on trying to match a buyer and seller? Good profit if so.

Approved late Sept I think, surprised it’s not made more news really.

After a long absence and then posting last week on the SP recovery, can see this board still has its fair share of loons. More filters added :-)

Black Friday coming up is hopefully the catalyst for an RNS, though on a separate note re Ingenuity and the recent Google news. Has anyone sold or looked to sell any of their privately held Ingenuity holding as yet through JP Jenkins? Have been looking on there with interest but not seen any sold since 15th Oct.

Obviously only of interest to those who took a holding.

Well well, this has become interesting. Decided to go and hide under a rock some time ago when this dropped well below my average, along with this board getting madder :-)

But seems patience paying off. And long may it continue.

The recent growth, FTSE 250 reentry and disposal with more to come? Will surely be hard to ignore for some.

For sure the madness on this board will remain but gets harder to knock it if the next announcements reman positive which I’ve no reason to doubt.

Look forward to seeing what we the latest trades are JP Jenkins are for Ingenuity once the Google news sinks in, albeit I realise it may take sometime for that too materialise.

Popped in for a peep at the latest comments as gave up reading so time ago as the board was dominated by green boxes, new posters with daft comments etc

Still holding and still remaining positive that this comes good. Specially as I’m underwater even having a good low average anyway as stated in past.

Price seems to have been all over place but FTSE 250 entry I’m seeing as a positive. But will let the facts of the entry next week see how positive it really is.

Genuinely think this is well oversold myself but IMHO of course.

Restricting time to this board is healthier at moment, but with the latest news, worth popping in to read some views ahead of the vote and events between now and new year.

Am all for the split, only bugbear I have (knowing I’m generally positive) is the split of ingenuity into private company thus not allowing me to realise any profits tax free on the ingenuity part, if it goes well, via my ISA where my shares are held. Had it been split into another listed company then no probs.

I’ll likely contradict myself and take some ingenuity as that’s why I’ve remained and will continue to remain invested. But frustrated at the likely future tax impact nonetheless.

Anyways as I understand as skimming many posts, just to last post is that you’ll hold 100,000 shares out of the whole company shares of say 10,000,0000 shares instead of 11,000,000 shares as an example, hence a bigger %age holding.

The current rights figure of 1.52bn hence impact of dilution which I think has been mentioned already. But as we know, facts always get in the way of a good story :-) for many on here

Don’t normally bother topping up shares. But done so with the placing to show willing/confidence :-) though still confused at the whole demerger private co stuff so will just wait that out.

Same questions coming out. Never held shares in private company before so don’t want them tied up for 10 yrs plus when I’m retiring well before that! So want the option to sell with 5 years if I choose to.

Have to admit I’m slightly baffled and apologies if fully explained on this thread already main questions from me are an explanation of each of the 3 options and which still allows me to trade from my isa where my shares sit today? Am I right in thinking I can’t trade/sell the new co shares? Ps I did participate in the new share offer for a small pocket money punt. But ultimately I just want the best option of the 3 presented that allows me to sell whenever I want to!

Love today’s RNS’s but that’s my view.

Got in before 7 just for a small stake.

End of the day, the confidence is clearly there from MM & co who are taking up over 40% of the £75m as I read it?
