yes i wholly agree with your post. what most of us LTH do not like is people (usually 1st time posts) stating 5p or some other figure without giving any reasons or rationale for their predictions.
I am very much of the opinion that IR looked at the current situation and figures and when the questions were raised, AP were called in to potentially validate or quantify some elements, and from this point on UBS were called in (in my opinion as the size of the potential deal increased)

I hope this is the case, the guess the price is only a bit of fun, so i dont care if people post low ball or high ball. eventually we will find out and i hope it is good for all invested.

Who do you hold your shares with? II for instance, recognise most exchanges. It would be worth dropping your broker a line to see what they accommodate. You may need to sign some additional paperwork to allow you to trade for example US stocks
