So, are we expecting to get a RNS about the General Meeting this week?

...in thinking Rufus has to give at least 1 months notice for the General Meeting?

That's the whole problem, Rufus has suggested so much but there's often just one more thing to do before Edenville makes it big, and then just one more thing. Do lamella water clarifier in place and just the preprocessor to get the output up, but the 21 days have elapsed and nothing. So is there another one more thing that we don't know about.

There's so much now that we need to know about, will they release a Monday RNS to fully update the market?

If output figures are not announced tomorrow, then Monday will be 2 weeks since the end of 2018, and the end of 2018 should have bought 10,000 t/m
The 21 elapsed days for the preprocessor are up, Rufus's only escape card for this would be if he meant 21 working days. However, that would be a massive fudge, as it wasn't stated in the RNS.
Like I've said before people need to strip away the jam tomorrow from Rufus's RNSs, and just see the facts as they are. If we get a RNS tomorrow, if it states something isn't working but they hope to have it working in 2 weeks, just accept that it isn't working, and forget the 2 weeks. They said 21 days for the preprocessor, and........

21 days later is the 7th January 2019, so 2 days ago and still investors don't know is the preprocessor is adding value.

No output update/ no preprocessor update, no communication.

Rufus set the expectations, tell us if you have succeeded or failed to achieve. It's so simple to RNS the truth isn't it?

He has started to reply to my recent emails again, but now has gone quiet. As much as I'm a realist, and things don't look good, I'm expecting an RNS in the morning.

They said the lamella water clarifier would be operational in a few days, who was followed up by an RNS stating that the lamella water clarifier was installed.
so when they say the preprocessor will be operational in 21 days I expect them to RNS after 21 days.

He's set timescales and now needs to answer the pertinent questions, success or failed?

Completely agree with Esquimo, "when they are to commence" if they have failed to achieve 8,000 tonnes a month that meets the contractual obligations, it dilution to pay the loan, but don't worry folks because they might make 8,000 tonnes in a month's time, and if they don't it's more dilution.
So if Rufus has signed a contract to supply coal in X months time, until that time its dilution to pay the loan installment.

So we need the output now, not in a few months time, but don't worry according to some people because it will all be fine if they produce enough coal in a few months time.

Rubbish, the deadline for 10,000 was a year ago, Edenville need to deliver

Rufus had a target of 10,000 tonnes a month, contractual obligations are 8,000 tonnes, has he succeeded in increasing salable output to these levels or has he failed. It's that simple, let's not confuse it with ROM or fines.its saleable coal output

The pre-processing unit should be working and adding benefit, but we don't know as the haven't RNS'd.

Is it time to contact Tim again and request an output and pre-processing RNS. They have either succeeded or failed?

If we make a list they can use it as the basis for the next RNS, so what do we want to read in the RNS?

Edenville down 3%, no RNS, even though output should be at 10,000 tonnes a month by now, and preprocessing should installed, working and effective. 10,000 tonnes a month's was the target at the end of 2017, that moved to end of 2018, so after an extra years salary has Rufus achieved the saleable output target?

Expect this to go lower the longer Rufus drags out the inevitable RNS.

Anyone want to predict the share price come this Friday??
