We were at 2.5p after last consolidation and Edenville took us to 0.02p, whilst getting a monthly wedge out of the company

Which power plant are they going to feed?? And if they announced it today it would take years to build. So don't pin your hopes on that one.

Contract news will come but ITIL have to get their hands on it and get going before contracts are signed for more coal. Edenville can't fulfill the current contracts, maybe ITIL will do better.

In my mind, Lind want their money and ITIL want them paid off before they take over.

For me, progress has been stalled until this consolidation takes place. From here on we will see a placing at around 20p, then progress.

Lind still want their money, so I'm guessing a big placement will take place before the end of January.

I'm pretty sure the visas will turn up within the next 10 days. I do feel ITIL are saying get rid of Lind, secure the financial security of the company and ITIL will crack on.

By the end of January I'm expecting a placement, Lind gone, visa issued and mine handed over.

I'm also expecting the BoD to take another wedge out of the company at the end of the month in salaries for their efforts this month. Cheers Alistair for that rinse and repeat.

It's been an interesting year on here and for Edenville.

Cant see them releasing news before consolidation. Once consolidated and price is up circa 20p they will be desperate to keep the price up to show they were right, if it drops below the consolidated price the threat of rinse and repeat become a reality

Can't see any news this side of consolidation, why would you? Want to boost your new consolidated price surely?

They have done so many placings to their friends aka "existing shareholders" that consolidation is a foregone conclusion

Even if they agreed today to feed Edenville coal into a coal fired power station to generate electricity to pass through the substation, it will take years to build.

Edenvilles survival relies on coal selling contracts.

Coal selling contracts relies on ILTL being able to produce saleable coal

This requires the mines to be handed over.

The handover of the mine depends on visas

The visas will come shortly after the 5th of January AGM confirming consolidation

once the visas are issued in real undertake a place into pay Lind
