A placing is needed, if not to pay off Lind, for us just to survive.

This is news driven, and we are not getting any news. It's holding at the moment but it will be interesting if there is no news before next Friday what the drive will be next Friday.

We know the price will drop to the placing value (no the placing won't be above today's price!!! They will need a sweetener to get people on board)

There's a lot of good things on the horizon, but we need Lind out of the picture and they need to be paid

Will we get a placing RNS today? Just feel the spread and the inactivity from mm we should expect the sub 20p placing very soon

You can't knock a good batter deal ready for a Friday fry day.

Placing needs to pay £580,000 to Lind and have money left over to survive, so I'd say they will place to raise £1m

I don't believe it's a visa issue now.

ITIL will then start. Why would ITIL start if there were concerns the whole enterprise could collapse if Lind aren't sorted?
ITIL need to be confident of Edenville and the only way is to get Lind out of the equation and ensure near term viability through a massive placing

Friday 3.30pm is a favourite date/ time for Edenville to announce placing news. It hides bad news over the weekend.

Are people suggesting that Edenville will hand over to ITIL and that helium will be next for Alistair and Nick Von S?

I simply can't believe due the time since reopening that the visa issue is down just to covid backlog. There is more to it, my belief is that it is part of the process

Why tomorrow?

I think things have stalled while the process of the AGM and consolidation have taken place. Like I said, I think we'll suddenly see the visas being approved, handover, but I think there's a placement to come before they will let the news flow start. I have a feeling that ITIL want Lind out the door before they crack on with the mine.

Once the placement takes place I'd brace yourselves for a series of RNSs. Once people that actually know what they are doing with a mine get their hands on it (weather dependent) I have feeling this will progress.

At that point, once Edenville relinquishes control, I think we will find out why Nicholas Van S joined Edenville.

There's lots on the horizon, but as I've always said Edenville need the fundamentals in place, and that very much includes it's financial viability.

Aerial, can't fault you on your comments. If you buy then buy again, Mrs Aerial going to be very interested in the ol' bank balance come the end of January

Can't see them issuing any operational update until the placing is out of the way. Why prop up the price if you know the price will drop to the placing price in a matter of days.

Get the consolidation and placing out of the way then start the news flow.
