I go back to the 4th April RNS where we were told "Synergia has implemented a cost saving and overhead reduction program, including pausing all non-essential workstreams associated with the Camelot CCS licence in the UK and the partial settlement of certain directors' salaries in shares of the Company, effective 1 April 2025, further details on which will be announced as and when appropriate."

One or more of the BoD is apparently, maybe, possibly be getting paid in shares since the 1st April, but apparently it's NOT a regulatory requirement thus not compelled to tell us who and how much the business is saving !!!!!!!!!! How is Roland allowed to do that??????

There is no reason why Roland couldn't update the market with what took place in India re: Selan, even if it said SYN are further working on x y z.

It's the difference between good and bad comms, or the difference between compelled to tell the market and voluntarily telling the market.

SYN, in my experience, do not RNS unless compelled to do so, by market regulations. So I can only conclude that there is nothing that they are compelled to tell us by market regs. There is a lot they could VOLUNTARILY update us on, but that just doesn't appear to be Roland way of doing things.

So the RNS says "progressed in-house concept engineering studies". So basically someone within EPP has written a paper on a CONCEPT about engineering, nothing more. My own view, but it feels like a RNS that is issued in an attempt to stop the sp from falling. We still haven't got to the Final Investment Decision, so do they need to issue these pointless 'concept' RNSs in an attempt to keep waning interest up?

But apparently some of the Board are getting paid in shares, but I guess it's not compelling enough to release an RNS to tell us who and how much it is saving. Beyond ridiculous.

Agreed about not impacting the sp, but I want to know wtf is going on. Drilling, rig, Selan, changes to WP, it a total sh.t show at the moment. Roland needs to get a grip.

With Nick and Mike overseeing the steady downfall of the share price to 0.2p, we are only a month or so away from the next quarters dilution by Nick and Mike issuing themselves millions of shares for their £22,500 quarterly salary (+ the £1000 a month they also receive).

Last quarter alone Mike & Nick each received 9,816,325 shares in lieu of £22,500 each or 0.22921p, so with the sp at 0.2 that equated to over 11,000,000 each this quarter, if 0.2p is the sp value selected at the time of dilution.

Are Mike and Nick happy to keep the share price at 0.2 or below for the 14 days running up to the end of June??

I'm expecting an RNS in the next 2 days, sp dropped again today so I wonder what Roland got sorted in his short time in India.

Why would anyone be buying in?? We know they are not drilling until at least September. All other projects are CCS related and none of those will provide revenue the decade, so it's just Cambay, and Roland got royally f'ed by Selan. To such an extent he had to get on a plane to India to sort this out. A huge shower of sh.t, and it was Roland that took us there. Still no news, no RNS, no tweet. I'm expecting 0.01p soon, based on what we know now.

Implicitly in the language they use, I believe the BoD know they will need to dilute / placing again. When the state they are funded for activities in 2025, they don't state that they are funded through until revenue generating. It's implicit in what they say, you have to have an understanding of how to read the RNSs. Ignore the X tweets as they are just the unofficial waffle of people. This is about to fall through the support level meaning, from a chartist perspective, 0.18p is the next support. You won't want it to drop through 0.18p !!!!

Expect more testing, not sure why they can't just turn up with a washer, there's water issues onsite according to ECR. If ECR turn up in BM, fluff around, then announce they are off to another part of Australia to do more testing then I despair. My own believe is they have one more shot at BM before people (increasingly) vote with their feet.

If you're still in here good luck, but likely to buy back in at a much lower price based on what we know at the time of this post.
