RE: Q&A......17 Jun 2025 16:35
"We are projecting monthly revenues of approximately A$470,000 (US$295,000) from the Blue Mountain Project, based on a 0.6 g/BCM grade, a 25 tonnes per hour wash plant, and a gold price of US$2,790 per ounce. Dual wash plants could further boost output "
"Will you concede that if BM hits the figures the company has (conservatively) estimated then no raise will be required?"
Answer; OH YES DEFINITELY if these figures are hit then at that point sometime IN THE FUTURE ECR wouldn't need to raise.
BUT would you then concede that those figures will never be hit in 2025? Why? because ECR are only allowed to dig up 1,000 tonnes with their current EXPLORATION licence, including overburden.(An Australian exploration license generally allows for the extraction or disturbance of up to 1,000 tonnes of material from the ground. This includes overburden and any other material disturbed during exploration activities.)
So 1,000 tonnes being processed at 25 tonnes per hour ( as per your quote above) means they can run the wash plant for 40 hours or say 10 hours a day, for ONLY 4 DAYS. If you think ECR are going to generate enough to keep a placing away by processing a 1,000 tonnes including the overburden, then you're crazier than I thought!!!!
To get anywhere near those figures you state ECR will need to put together an application (including jumping through all the environmental hoops) submit and wait, and wait and wait for a PRODUCTION licence to be approved, at that point start to put in place the required infrastructure to achieve those quoted figures.
So I agree that sometime far far away if ECR hit those figure, say in 2027, they may not need to place, but right now here in 2025, for these reasons explained ECR cannot get anywhere near those output figures and stay on the right side of the law. As such I and others believe that along with the dilution likely to be announced on the 1st July, ECR may need to place in 2025.
Or are you going to offer an explanation as to why you think ECR can achieve " approximately A$470,000 (US$295,000) from the Blue Mountain Project, based on a 0.6 g/BCM grade, a 25 tonnes per hour wash plant" when they can only currently process 1,000 tonnes including overburden?
Over to you TS, We look forward to your reply but I expect now that you are backed into a corner the personal insults will come out. For that reason, back o filtered for the rest of the week.
