I still believe he took his eye off the ball. He thought Selan were doing it, then when he did check they said no rig hasn't been booked. Is he now scrambling around to try make amends?? Usually they post a week in advance about India trips, this one we learn about the day before he goes. I'm thinking this trip is a rush job to save face or save his job.

I think more than 1 person needs to resign from SYN. There is so much investor relations could be telling us, but silence remains the norm here. If Roland goes tomorrow to India, then surely a RNS next week?

If Selan say foxtrot off to Roland's request to confirm a rig, then Roland time employed by SYN should be counted in days not weeks. Even Theresa May knew it was time to go when she couldn't get Brexit done.

He needs to come back with rigs booked and dates confirmed or else what little confidence the market has in Roland will all but evaporate. I still feel he took his eye off the ball and just simply believed SYN was Selan's priority re: booking rigs.

If you haven't worked it out Mental the penny will drop with the next couple of RNSs. More testing followed by a huge amount of shares heading to the BoD after their pay has gone up and sp down. Watch just how many shares they are given this quarter, my own opinion is that their exit strategy is starting to be implemented. They've raised their salary, overseen the lowering of the sp, and boom the amount of shares they get for 2 or 3 quarters then they will be off.

Look back through the RNSs. They test, then they test some more, then they drill, then the send away for testing and the RNSs with Next Steps mainly have more testing as their next steps.

If as they claim there is no water issue on site at BM, how difficult is it to put a washer on site and wash a 100 tonnes? If one of those Aussie Gold Hunters took over a year to test, retest and test again before doing anything there'd never get on tv !!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is required to initiate some kind of vote of no confidence in the BoDs?

It's almost 2 months since we were told "mining should resume in short order with sales and cash flow from May."

And still nothing, it shocking. Still no RNS and (I'm guessing) no cashflow.

I'm actually expecting another push from Doc & Co. I'm expecting 3 or so RNSs in quick succession, one RNS maybe stating they are potentially looking at a new sector to move into, one RNS to tell us they have drilled a bit and next steps is to drill a bit more and the final RNS I'm expecting is one to tell us the data room has people in it. Of course from a personal opinion, I'll accept any (potential) venture into a new sector with pinch of salt. I've said it before they test and retest and next steps is to test some more.

This of course will be followed by Burton and the boys doing media pieces on ECR, and collective promotion of ECR to prevent it slipping into 0.1x pence territory.

It's shocking. I'll put it on record, my own personal opinion based upon the shareholder value added by Roland, quite simply Roland should go, I'm sorry but someone needs to have a word with him and suggest it's time for new pastures.

I definitely think a number of us need to email Roland and press for an update via a RNS
