Still feel this is clearing the decks of any news that could be perceived as negative, before the update on Roland's India trip is released. I emailed the North Sea Transition Authority (NTSA) and they stated they are still on schedule to release results of CCS licence application in weeks after the 1st Feb press release and not months (pressoffice@nstauthority.co.uk if you want to confirm it yourself). So Roland will know that too I imagine.

My opinion is he wants the good news to create a clear rise in the share price, rather than have the breaks put on by financing RNS after the good news has been released.
