If they can just spend 21 words on telling us about the pump installation, they can spend 21 words on the saying something along the lines of "Jet pump left its source country on DD/MM/YYYY and due to arrive on site DD/MM/YYYY......"

How much effort would it take to just tweet that the pump had left the US?

Certainly a lack of momentum here suggests the pump isn't in India yet.

Next RNS will be the pump arriving onsite, this week or next.

The RNS after will be to say that it is now fully operational, before the 7th June.

The next RNS will be to give new production figures as the condensate is removed, as end of June

The next RNS might be the JV big announcement, say in July?

Also, therefore, it's not a done deal that SYN will lose control of it's operations, just to be aware.

Whilst I know 51% is what the non-binding offer is for, but remember that isn't what SYN have to agree to.

If SYN only want to sell 49%that's their prerogative.

Any JV may not be for the full 51%, just sayin'

I am coming around to the your thinking Gordon, re JV and pump.

I had the view that the partner would want to be on the inside having some control, but maybe waiting on the sidelines until pump is proven

For those wishing to get in or top up at these prices, my opinion is you only have a matter of days before the pump arrives. I believe the jump arriving will have a positive impact on the share price

It will need the wiring and the plumbing installed but if it arrives this week syn have a high chance of hitting the 7th June deadline for pump being operational.
