Just as you have posted a load of old tosh they are entitled to post their slant on things - not defending them but we are all here to air our thoughts and at the end of the day we have all invested in BMR by choice. Whatever is stated - true or otherwise it isn't going to change the decisions made by either BMR/JLP/ZAMBIAN MM so we just have to sit it out until the conclusion of this situation whether that be profitable or painful.

IMO The suspension was always about solvency and the licence issue (mining ministry cock up given the work going on at Kabwe - albeit slowly!) was a welcome smokescreen to give BMR time to grab a lifeline - the spectre of takeover is stirring and don't rule it out of the next RNS as we are still in need of confirmed finance.
