George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Hi Bryn
Anybody in AIM has had a horribilis - I am also in FRR same story, suspended, no news, not much hope.
I think it is incredible that in this day and age of financial regulation that small shareholders have no redress against blatant mismanaged companies.
Have a good election and an even better festive time
I have also voted against the resolutions as I feel enough is enough
Annual Report was included in my very fat envelope - still not looking at the detail within until the weekend now
Just returned back from late birthday lunch to find my documents from Neville - in too good a mood to wade through it now but will do after golf tomorrow.
Ah ha so the long awaited circular has appeared and it reads well for the future
Relisting in some form or other with fundraising, dilution, resource to be located, exploration/development costs and much much more - whoopee...not
Just another project so good we were able to snap it up before it was on the radar, we have a knack of going around in circles and not quite getting there. AIMHO of course
Finally received my BMR share certificate
and it is now framed and titled
'Blue Skies and Total Lies'
Have any of you with an ii account managed to get hold of your share certificate - if so what route did you take please
Just tried to retrieve my share certificate from ii but they no can do - I can only transfer to another broker who will accept the transfer - new one on me!
Many thanks for the email and I for one are grateful for your efforts
Eric I think we have 29 JLP shares left in the pot as we are aiming to avoid too much corporation tax in this financial year
Another oap has come back from the dead to register !
Not a significant amount now held having sold most when feeling nervous about market drift
will be if all shareholders recieve documentation from the BOD outlining the 'Private for Growth' strategy in detail - if this is not forthcoming then it indicates the lack of respect for shareholders and we should expect our investment to stagnate and slowly crumble.
Sorry Vig but a Garnishee order is used for repaying a debt - are we not owed funds for the sale of assets ?
The proper technical term for a full freezing of assets is a Mareva Injunction.
There may be some sort of legal Garnishee order that could be obtained - need a lawyer
In my opinion there is a clear pattern of slow disposal of assets to keep insolvency at bay and pay 'expenses', again in my opinion, soon we will be in the position where we will be unable to raise necessary finance for any acquisition, so no relisting.
There will be nothing left not possibly royalties even.
Apologies I cannot be more upbeat but look at the way we have been managed - maybe not the right word.
I just find it incredulous that as shareholders and therefore part owners of the company we do not get any notification or say concerning the disposal of what is (was?) a sizeable asset - in proprtion to the meat left on the bones after the vultures have fattened themselves.
Another excrutiating year comes to a close - can see liquidation coming now despite hollow promises of acquisition and relisting.
Have a great Christmas all and just think of all the valued experience of investing you've gained being in the AIM
Anybody think the 'Acquisition' will be some more tailings - waiting to be processed with hidden Vanadium
I think to go for an acquisition is utter madness when we do not currently have anything concrete on when the royalties will commence.
How will we fund it
How will we cashflow it
How will we develop it
How will BMR shareholders benefit from it
How come it wants someone to acquire it
it needs Bozwallocks to FORGET IT!,
Forgiven - I am working for my 50,000 posts badge - you have one - whats it like? do people address you as sir and offer you their seat on the train and car companies bombard you with weekend test drive offers.
atb
you've ruined it now - party pooper
