Why doesn’t some of the vast management buy shed loads of shares as a sign of confidence

Yes it seems as I mentioned that they are deliberately waiting for the date to pass, this company seem to just do what they want with no responsibility. Meanwhile they all get paid I presume with no explanation. I agree funny how they get info out quickly when they want. Trust me when this q and a comes out it will avoid all blame and say the same as always. There will be sense of responsibility and same old’ the diamonds would have come for sure if there weren’t riots ‘. Blame blame blame.

Total sense spoken by you both. Couldn’t agree more. Yes there are many more on here who talk total sense but too long to mention. I agree we have great revenue from pp. and we have a great mine in B.P. in theory, no need to believe otherwise.

Thanks. Yes I can see the need to at least control too a degree what’s going on , like you said this rollercoaster is terrible , this could be the most important rns AP ever runs. Lucky it’s not in person as I imagine he would be chased around the room . I believe in his vision however I also believe he clearly knew when at his hotel that mercuria had pulled out, I would have respected him far more if he had explained there and then. The so would have heldnyp more with honesty

Agree. In a silly sort of way having control ofnit at least is comforting. We dilute, money comes in simple. I realise fully there are negatives but the thought of being controlled and pushed around sickens me now. Quite frankly we may end up with 6 billion shares but if we have more control is it the end of the world if B.P. makes as predicted , please correct me if I’m totally wrong and explain for me to understand.

Can’t quite believe it. Yes could affect all. The only hope now is the shareholders voting and B.P. up and running ASAP to make the money we know it can make. Then ziagra. Think thisnis a very bad day for AP Re our trust , not good.

The native I bring is relating the behaviour of vast to ggp.
We all were waiting on the funder. Promises and share was meant to go mad. Fell like an apple when they pulled out however now back up. Vast will do the same, but we are at a low like ggp was on this’ it’s going to blow’
I was one e of those who believed.
Do my prediction for what it’s worth is
Sp will fall a bit or hold then we will see mercuria, rise to mid 40’s. Any other company would be 130 on this news , thisnis vast though. Then diamonds Feb will take us to 60. Any other company would be 5.00p on that news. Again this is vast. Thennover next year once debt paid and B.P. and diamonds producing I see 2.50. Year after institution in board and 6 to 7 p, that’s the sticky finger time. Does one e hold then as could go past 10 on a spike.
Too conclude ifbim right will you all vote for me to get on the board! Maybe as a card reader!

Interesting point. I think that is the point though. , he is a dealer, not an ceo of experience however these are the things of great success stories or massive loss. I did say a few days ago that if you want safety don’t get on aim , this company could rise 1000% in a year or two easily, just like ukog did, although ukog was on bugger all.
If B.P. produces what he thinks and the diamonds then ifnim correct he said 12m a month on diamonds and 1.2 on B.P. surely if this ends up being the case then it’s retirment all round. My point is again that’s the risk. If it was easy everyone in Britain would be in aim, it’s a very risky, unreliable risky market that can drive you to being broke or make you rich. One must take the risk and stop moaning when they don’t get what they want when they want it.

There are many on this that have far more knowledge than me on vast and detail however I think fahp post below was spot on. To confirm sub Sahara has a rope around AP neck. He trusted both mercuria, and diamonds. Let’s be honest, you draw down mercuria first contractual advance, the second would come through also, come on people it’s a legal document , however they have a reason not too . They have a four year deal and as long as vast produce to that point allnis repaid. So should we really slate AP when mercuria already paid one tranche and he believes the other will follow, sub Sahara have restricted AP through roys antics.
Bottom line all looks grim but his choices were limited. He promised less dilution if poss and was forced to other options to avoid that possibility months ago , yes Bergen deal is awful but if B.P. starts earlier and makes £2m quicker it will pay off everything . It’s not complicated. Let’s look at those facts as fahp said and just watch this come right soon.

Bottom line we are better off with many more shares on the cusp of reward rather than hangingnon with goal hanger finance , get rid and we move to better things. All will become clear in a week or so.
