Actually every headline says Wizz planes will return later than previously forecasted. And the truth is the opposite, which means every grounded planes will return in FY27 (which end 31 March 2027). Why is the misunderstanding?

Actually Barclays analyst (Lobbenberg) thought Wizz placed planes to the Middle-East as they had too many planes in 2019. Which is false.

Apart from it the guy was right. Probably Indian permission is hard as well. Varadi faced patriotism in UAE. They might sue as well or leverage free of charge exit. We will see.

Knowing this management realignment in the planes orders as well (it could be a topic on AGM on Wednesday) and quite good Q1, I think SP will jump back from where it fell shortly. My bet is 13.55 next week.

Actually Barclays’ only concern about Wizz now (after ME exit) that too many airlines are ordered. Off course Wizz will decrease the orders by the plannned ME expansion. But the remaining orders can be quite easily placed to Central and Eastern Europe. There will

Traditional airlines (air france/klm/transavia, lufthansa/eurowings) will loose market share further and just serve their main hub and inside their countries with this aging fleet. Question: why they want TAP instead of increasing point-to-point traffic by taking over Easyjet or Wizz? Or for Easyjet itself the one and only way to grow via acquisition.

It is a unique opportunity to buy 10/share an airline which will be 40-80 /share in 2-3 years time if not 100. With treasury share purchase beginning from 2026/27 and resolved Ucraine situation the 100 is not impossible.

By the way in my calculation Capital group finished/soon will finish its stake to sell. So the push to down will disappear from Monday/Tuesday or so. In a week before they sold 3.6 million shares from 3.6 million turnover….last week turnover was about 4.5 and they had shares remaining about that level.

Wizz does not burn money as they paid all the financial debts and will pay the last one in Januarzy 2026. Cash balance is stable/growing though they pay financial debts back regularly.

All the other debts are operative lease-related, IFRS 16. The revenue will cover it when emerges.

In 1 year when last financial debts is paid back we will speak about what to do with tons of cash:1. Purchase aircraft, 2 purchase own stock.

The indebtedness is paralell with the growing fleet, and as Ebitda will grow, they overgrow the groundings’impact and recover Ebitda/net debt ratio.

Every time it is better to buy good companies share with temporary difficulties, because analysts are too blind to see through. Such as Kion, Societe Generale, Alstom, Grenke, etc. Apart from Deutsche bank analyst who thought market would see through Y/E result. It doesnot.

Wizz air will not prolong 500 mio bond, but pay back. They have more than 2 billion cash.

By the way they are listed in London to avoid being Hungarian. CEO does not have any political background. They utilize Haungarian wages ( in Headquarter) with European ticket prices. The most effective model among airlines.

Rather Q1 will be strong. On revenue side about 23% increase...

It is market decline now. Please do not neglect maths. Q1 sales will exceed last Q1 by 23 % approximately. 205/171x1,012x RASK increase (price inc. change) We will see.
