If you interpret the message in between the following lines from the RNS today, it basically confirms that the Scheme of Development (SoD) has already been approved.

For clarification, is the date of that article the 12th July or 7th December?

My broker is Interactive Investor. They hold my shares in a Nominee Account.

I have received two letters from them re representation. One addressed to me personally confirming that I will be their representative, giving the number of my shares, at the AGM.

They also enclosed a copy of their letter to the registrars, Link Market Services (Jersey) Ltd. PO Box 532 St Helier Jersey JE4 5UW confirming my holding which Interactive hold in their nominee account.

This letter is signed by two authorised signatories as well as the person sending it.

So those who have their shares in a nominee account may have to get a copy of the letter to Link Market Services as well as their Letter of Representation.

Whooshfull thinking? :-)
