Guy is selling, new shares and warrants on 26th March and little news flow. BTL has took a kicking, I think yesterday was probaly the low as the company reassured it wasn't fundementals related stooping PIs selling on fear. The warrant holderswould have been flipping share over $7.50 taking a safe return and the placing shares may have been hedged given the recent volatility creating sell pressure via shorts. Let's get March out the way and I think BTL will have a good April.

Moving up on low volume, I would suggest there are some background buys trying to get filled.

AC usually buys in 100,000 blocks so don't think so.

Could be PIs getting back in now the equipment is on site who sold out with the delay RNS. Or hopefully news is leaking from Z21 and hot money is moving in. Quite right since the 1m sell which I this was linked to Beaufort we have had a steady stream of buys which is slowly moving the SP. My hope is we can get to 8.5-9p pre news but that's a long way off at present.

And remember they gave 5% of Cedex to one entity for introducing a significant amount of buyers pre sale - to give 5% away how many tokens would that equate to? I would think at least 5m.

The way I am reading this is that the private and pre sale are allocated the same tokens - 25m, which leaves 25m for the main sale, 25m for bonuses, 10m for company reserves and the rest going to the BOD and Cedex team. So if privately they have already sold say 15m - the pre sale only needs to sell 10m to close.

I understand the frustration for legacy holders, but I do think this is the E&P play for 2018. How many shares were allocated to bond holders?

Not according to the TSX it isn't.

Why do we need Japan? And if they can't now they will look to buy in after pushing the price if Cedex up. The key is the pre sale is a success. That was good going selling out before the market opens.

50 mill tokens for sale divide by 900 times by $6 current Eth value. That's where the SP weakness is as if you do the same calc at Eth day high of $7.50 then you're talking big numbers. Another 10m tokens will be in treasury the rest are give aways and for the BOD and team. If Cedex sell all tokens then you would expect that to move the SP. Crypto market is weak at present but this has a viable application to an industry.

Of course it's news driven, it's to small to be technically traded or for investment funds. It also doesn't create - its a third party investment vehicle so its SP will always be driven by what others are doing. If Arg and Bk2 float things will change but until we hear something for definate investors will continue to sell and move elsewhere. It now needs nearly 100% to get back to 1p - you cant blame people for getting out of dodge.
