Perhaps you should read the RNS. The ‘ intended CPR ‘ - Intend, mean, design, propose imply knowing what one wishes to do and setting this as a goal.
At this stage there is no CPR, DB was clear in his interview and RBD have been clear in there RNS. In the great scheme in doesn’t really matter it’s strange that your Kabul are so ‘ intent’ on shouting it as fact. I’m guessing you guys aren’t the brightest bulb in the house? Independent CPRs cost money and the key to developing them is what data you provide. To republish a CPR before Flow tests just doesn’t add up and no company has ever done this before an EWT.

However as DB has said the operator will communicate OIP and Cash values to the data set they have. This is not a third party CPR but will give investors the scope of the WN field. Although to paraphrase, OIP is vanity, bopd is sanity. To get the full value into the SP we need the EWT and whether it is commercially productive.

A5 should TD, that will flow 3.8k bopd, so A8 news is not the binary play, of course 2 deeps flowing will then make the market value in the whole play.

So clearly the report will follow test data, as in EWT.

You forgot to mention the most likely fact, there is no sale. The company have given no indication that any sale process is active, the data room was open some years ago and there was no bids, except one that was dismissed.

It’s been well controlled for a while, not complaining as it’s been a nice steady rise. One theory is that the iis who took the 28p and 35p placings didn’t just sit on their hands and hedged their position, and now they are closing these positions in a manner not to send the SP flying. We saw this at the 23p level and now 25.5p level, I’m no expert but I’m guessing as the SP drops more short positions are taken out at different SP levels.
These shorts would not be seen on any short tracker as they show a net position.
Or it’s just a simple buyer or seller - I’m discounting the latter given the SP move over the last month.

Bid has held up quite well, the SP is the same as it was yesterday.

Yes, nothing really to say till interims are out. SP seems stable around 25/26p area with buys and sells. I really am looking forward to forward plan in Niger but key short term is Seven deal is rolling on and on target.

It’s all opinion however for those who were here for the original run up to 13/14p will know how the warrants/converts impact the SP added to those who are only in for the news. Expecting over 250% increase for two work over wells is a lot.

I think 1000bopd would get Zen to 8-12p depending on sentiment/markets etc. There are a number of warrants still outstanding at various levels which may impact SP on any rise. If Zen01 delivers next year on a 1000bopd drill then the 20p target is plausible given they will then have the blueprint and know how to extract the 30m of oil and potentially a lot more.

If all shares were guaranteed to rise on expected newsflow we would all be very rich. There is a clear sellers/s here, one fund is winding down and Miton, who have 8.5%, are selling for n a number of oil stocks, although none disclosed here so far.
At 50m market cap I believe it will take flow rates and reserves from WN to significantly increase the SP. But any positive news will be traded into, so be careful on PI expectations or SP predictions.

Why would a company pay for a Third party CPR prior to flow tests? It would make no sense. Today’s RNS is a good example, it only factors in PROVERN, the current CPR on WN has only PROBABLE and PROSPECT. Without flow data there will be no 2P reserves allocated, only contingent and possible, as you can see they don’t even bother putting these into today’s CPR - the market wants firm numbers, if you want to see the SP gains here.

Sorry, but the CPR will be after the EWT, to add value they need to have recoverable resource estimates, they can only do this via testing.
What the company will give prior to this week is OIP numbers P10/50/90 and attribute s value NPV to them.
That’s all good but the EWT is key, oil is worth nothing in the ground.
