As an alternative I am told garlic is pretty good or indeed a silver bullet. Sadly my silver bullet has turned to GOLD as I have a big STAKE in Hav.

I have no problem with people posting their views and never have, even if it may be different from my own.
However you must admit you constantly post the same negatives on here time after time. I am not sure if you take pleasure in the fact other investors here who may have lost money or if you are sore after losing yourself maybe. You have never said to my knowledge if you ever invested in GBP so wonder why you want to post what you post so often.

Past history may not be something always to be proud of but the fact is we cant change it nor should we try. We should though learn from it to make the future better. Lets face it the further you go back the more barbaric us humans were. Trying to undo the past and wipe history is a big mistake. We need the history to give us a better compass point.

Look where it’s assets are and the focus of its business. Then compare that to GGP

Correct it’s unbelievable that we are still open. Potentially mind boggling how far this might extend. If you really believe in a share and ask yourself why you invested in the first place what would you have to doubt here so far. It’s that simple.

If there are any sharp pull backs they will be short lived. The rise to this level has been a solid one as looks to me as whenever it drops those sells are mopped up. We have had some large buys. All looking good

The saying a leopard never changes its spots comes to mind. What catches these multiple ID posters out is in the words, language, vocabulary range they use it’s almost like a fingerprint. They are unable to change that very easily hence they are exposed. When you read the boards as often as some of us do we know. Games up.

Nice post Kevin. I can see you are a half glass full person rather than the half glass empty brigade who have been frequent visitors. Those points you list and there are many are nicely put and no doubt put the winds back in the sails of GGP. Where we are now is not where we will be further down the line as things progress into the next and much more exciting phase of mining. We also have all the other strings to our bow which is why the sp bores me rather at the moment but when the tide eventually turns and that wind starts to blow again GGP will go up in waves.

Just 26M shares in issue here. looks like something is building and as not many shares it will move very sharply.

Too true Bagzz. This is not an easy game. I spent a good few years and lost a few shirts trying to chase the next certain winner.
After many mistakes I took a different approach and shut out the noise and instead looked in more detail into what and why I was investing instead of following the herd. I am glad to say that in the past few years its paid off in spades for me and I have been fortunate enough to do very well. I wish all here the very best as DEV is going to be the special one or was that Mourino ?

Nice big end of day trade, but there has been a heck of a lot of big trades for some considerable time now.
The sp has risen and stayed very strong. The saying " follow the money" is often a very fruitful one I find.
What is happening here is truly transformational imo. Looking ahead I can for see a great future for DEV and for me its a long term hold. Hopefully 40p this week then further news and details of the NDA this could rocket. Gl all

Why dont people here get it. These posters who arrive with the sole intention to disrupt and divide can be dealt with easily by not engaging with them or simply filtering. Then you dont need moderators to sort things out unless of course the post really deserves reporting. Problem is most do not have the discipline but they should try it.

@ Barnard and Sunset. Nice work guys its a breath of fresh air to be in here with posters like yourselves without the usual bitter sniping often seen. No offense to other posters I see here on a regular basis who also give their own contributions to make this a pleasant board. In my own holding Dev has just overtaken my GGP investment its been a great few months for me but I am in for the long haul with DEV .
