Today we mark the sacrifice made by our forebears & remember & pay our respects in our own way.
This year marks 100 years since The Royal British Legion was formed to support our wounded & their families. It is stronger than ever due to the constant goodwill of the UK public.
I have been invited to play at a school in Gateshead this morning.
Giving the pupils the opportunity to experience the emotive sound of lastpost.

Elon is a bitve a rarity, wanting to pay his taxes etc, it's refreshing to see amongst all the greed in the world. I'm more leaning towards an American led consortium with elon at the helm.
With all the shortages in PGM's
He manages to record excellent sales figures.
Plus he was in in the UK & Russia recently, so he gets the job done, you could just imagine him sharing a bottle of Bollinger & a cucumber sandwich with Mr Putin.

We played at Durham Cathedral on Sunday for the annual VC Memorial service.
We couldn't wear our uniforms so we wore our green blazers, rifles tie, boots & rifles berets, can't say DLI Association as I don't belong to them, officially, as you know they do a stellar job for the British Legion & also H4H & related charities, for me I just love playing, any appreciation is just a bonus.

Yes I've been asked to play at a school in Gateshead on the 11th.
We are performing at Durham Cathedral on the Saturday for an evening of remembrance.
Then finally back again on Sunday, followed by a parade down the cobbled streets in George boots.
A few parades will be affected by the the senseless murder of another MP.
Every uniformed organisation, have so many hoops to jump through as a consequence.
All the best to you for the weekend, I'm sure the veterans will ignore the council's.

Personally I can't fathom anyone not having the vaccine!
I've had both my jabs & awaiting the call for my booster. I had the misfortune of having covid (December 2019) whilst working in student accommodation in Newcastle.
I woke in the middle of the night, unable to draw breath, I thought this is it! I'm going to die right now, I've also lost my sense of taste & I'm tired out all too easy.
I was lucky to survive, unlike some who unfortunately will periish needlessly.

If indeed Elon is sizing up an acquisition of (hopefully only part of EUA) out of his own pocket, this act in itself would have a significantly positive impact on the SP.
Then there's just the small matter of finding out the who, the what & the bid price of the other buyer's (several = more than 2, so at least 3 bids are on the table.
EUA are still in the driving seat & still calling the shots, all just my musings, as we wait for the little red dot to appear on my portfolio list.
