Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I have been invested and visible on this board for a few years now and have seen many posters come and go such as Frank and Golden Bull and have even been referred to as a cheerleader myself in days gone by.
The interaction, discussion and knowledge on this board the last few weeks has been great to see, read and learn from and it has not always been that way I can tell you with many a clown posting on this board.
Where I am now though is a bit more skeptical. We have new posters coming on and saying how great the fundamentals are and how great the company is doing but our investment is not reflecting that, most posters they are down at the moment, I am slightly up but not as much as I had hoped (first purchase early 2017).
So when will value be realised if ever? Fundementals in place, great, great deals being done, great but still no further forward with the SP due to issues that you have to partly lay at the door of DB and the management team (and I don't mean the coup or COVID of course). Value will out we are told but what is the trigger for that?
Simple question to all if the board replaced DB with Ian Stalker, who I know nothing about but his reputation seems to be impressive, what would it do to the SP? Is Dan the drag on the SP and stopping the value being realised?
If anyone on here was a company stooge I would say put your hand up and tell as it would be good to know that concerns were getting back to Dan but for me I am 100% sure he would not care, I get the impression it is his way only and if you don't like it then tough. When a tough RNS comes out without addressing the big issue (AISC) but lots about soap and waterholes (as admirable as they are) then you know he's not going to front up.
Maybe it is time for the "Where's Dan" campaign to be brought back, anyone remember that?
I've seen $1m floating around recently as Dan's salary, is this true or would this include options?
Latest I can find in the 2018 annual report, and I assume DB is the highest paid director.
The total remuneration of the highest paid director is $486,000 (2017: $479,000) comprising $447,000 (2017: $444,000) in
relation to wages and salaries and pension contributions of $39,000 (2017: $35,000).
Does anyone know the email address for investor relations at HUM?
On the website I can see this but no email

TORONTO, ONTARIO --(Newsfile Corp. - February 2, 2021– Pasofino Gold Limited (“Pasofino” or the
“Company”) (TSXV: VEIN) (OTCQB: EFRGF) (FSE: N07) is pleased to announce that Hummingbird
Resources (Liberia) Inc. has started its drilling program aimed at the upgrade and expansion of the Mineral
Resources and has received encouraging surface exploration results on the Dugbe Project, in which
Company has an option to earn a 49% economic interest (net of the Government of Liberia’s carried
interest). Two promising new targets have been identified through extensive soil sampling.
Do HUM not have a responsibility to RNS this too?
So are we expecting a bumper RNS to land this week? Offsetting some of the already known productions figures maybe with drilling results, 2021 production guidance and hopefully an update on Kouroussa and maybe even Dugbe!!
Will also be interesting to see if Biden affects anything over at He Who Must Not Be Named with his green strategy!!
US president-elect Joe Biden's choice for treasury secretary is urging Congress to approve trillions more in pandemic relief and economic stimulus.
At her confirmation hearing, Janet Yellen said lawmakers should "act big" without worrying about national debt.
Completely agree and can never understand why they would not release news like that in chunks as like you say when there is a flow of regular good news it can only help the share price as opposed to the build up of volume we often see in anticipation of the bumper RNS's they prefer to release and then less volume afterwards.
Part of the problem may be that they like to catch everything, or as much as possible, so the figures might be ready but they may be waiting for an update to include on Dugbe, or drilling, or the new license for Kouroussa and whilst I believe they are meant to release the data to the market when known they seem to prefer big bumper RNS'.
