RE: Missing the point18 Nov 2021 23:15
After all the positive presentations and interviews over the past few weeks, tonight’s news was unexpected and naturally caused some anger, dismay and consternation amongst the shareholders. Myself included.
However I have to thank many posters on here tonight, who have changed my state of anxiety into intrigue about what is to come over the next few days and weeks.
Will we get news tomorrow? I would prefer it on a Monday, when we could get a good head of steam up if the news is positive. Having said that, news tomorrow would allow us to debate and examine what could be going on.
My favourite suggestions tonight are
1) a pre- requisite raise to allow the full bank loan scenario for Havieron and our other assets.
2) a way to allow shorters to cash out by participating in the fund raising.
3) cash needed for drilling our Havieron type twins which have just been reported (plus Scallywag drilling)
My ‘ outside the box’ thinking
The timing suggests something has suddenly cropped up. Was someone about to make a hostile takeover bid?
Or
The controlled cash raise will squeeze shorters, who were expecting an open placing.
There are so many connotations here, which I find quite exciting and can’t wait to see what happens.
Thank you for a good debate tonight. There weren’t too many sniping at some of our fellow shareholders, who are rightly held in high regard. Looking forward to tomorrow.
