Global Britain, the leader in battery technology, offering the most short-sighted markets around for companies in the BESS sector isn't exactly a brilliant advert. Anyone would think people were still thinking we may pivot back to fossil fuels.
If we were listed in the states or Canada, where they really understand both tech and mining, our SP would already have an extra 0. That's the most frustrating part for me. It's how backward this market is at recognising what is clearly the future.
This should be the most exciting period in the companies history, a showcase of how mining and technology can integrate. We should be starting with a strong MC, looking to grow to a £1bn+ company with tender wins and technology uptake. Instead we have had to put up with months of focus on a ridiculous SP and a lack of recognition, along with endless trolling and bad actors.
The fact we are approaching this incredible period of realisation of the companies long term ambition, after numerous acquisitions and expansion, at what isn't too far away from a two year low, excusing the fraudulent move that happened at the start of Covid, is ridiculous. .
It is clearly an excellent time for those buying back in and I wish those who are doing so well, but seeing us yet again at this level is just another a kick in the teeth for those who actually support the company over the long term.
