The point being missed regarding the debt query is the quality of the deal that it is may in small part be financing.

Beyond the fact that a growing business using sensible amounts of debt to grow strategically is, in the wider world, considered a positive, this is a deal that in Fortune's own words is 'potentially on better terms than Vametco'.

As vanadium prices are now moving upwards at a rate of knots, it seems pretty evident the best time to get out has probably already passed.

My agreement was merely a reflection on what happened to the SP and the reality that had there been more cash on the sidelines to support the SP, perhaps it may not have dropped quite so much and perhaps the rises and retraces would happen in more steady steps - which surely is a good thing unless you think wild swings to 50p and then back down to here is a great thing. Suggesting LTH's are turning into traders and maybe holding the SP back is not a fair reflection of my point whatsoever.

Hopefully that will be the case and it is a good point. The more people that bank profits on the way up this time, the more capital will be held in reserve to buy back into any of the inevitable retraces and may well result in a more supported, more realistic journey upwards for everyone to levels beyond previous highs, rather than just a brief spike that does no one any favours, including Bushveld themselves.

Respect as always Ophidian. It's decent of you to take the time to explain how VRFB is a disruptive tech and how a vanadium supplier such as Bushveld therefore stands to benefit. It doesn't however say much for our visitors that these rudimentary facts even need explaining.

That's a great read Halespur. Some interesting insights. Especially the one about Monster halving in value 5 times on its way to returns over 200000% and about the owning of expensive material possessions and a desire for the trappings of success being the opposite of actual wealth. The amount of people perceived as wealthy who actually live off various credit products and are hugely exposed to changes in market conditions is staggering. The point about the guy with the Ferrari simply having $200000 less capital than he had before buying the car,or simply having it on finance is very well made. Thanks for the share.

Well said Ophidian. Spot on. With respect to the many genuine posters,some of you can be very easily fooled into accommodating trolls by your own innate decency without questioning people's veracity, and some never learn to question despite the relentless uncovering of unsavoury characters.

I don't think we here have called many, if indeed any more than a very small number, of visitations wrongly. Where are these wronged individuals who have persevered and showed what great guys or girls they are?

To be honest I don't think the halcyon days you imagine are very different from today, barring the fact that LSE is no longer the only place to talk Bushveld. I think people need to take a step back and remember those good times so fondly remembered were when the SP was flying up to 50p. The way down to current levels has been riddled with shorters and chancers and those who revel in being negative. Two very different environments. One underpinned by the collegiate feeling of shared success. The other has been more ruthless and to a degree, more stressful for people and has created the feeling of previous better times.

Won't it be a coincidence when we rise again and those good feelings come back and people are posting more freely, trolls seem to vanish and everyone is welcomed with a high five and a golden handshake. No it will not.

I also concur that most of us have seen enough of the BMN story to know that there is now enough info out there for most to learn about BMN and as Ophidian says, the need to combat misinformation is now greatly diminished.

In case people haven't noticed, there is a global climate issue and a need for a dramatic change in energy usage and delivery. BMN are sitting on one of the most crucial elements of one of the most appropriate technologies to address this situation. For me its a bit like knowing we have designed the internet and are just waiting for people to realise that writing letters isn't as effective as email could be. I can remember on some of my early travels in SE Asia when the odd internet cafe was beginning to spring up in South East Asia. Still sent those postcards home for a few more trips, it was not second nature to communicate electronically, didnt have a mobile phone etc. Would I do it now... Nope. These things take time. We have gone from a minnow to a middle tier company in a few short years. How anyone cannot be pleased with that is madness.

The market just hasn't caught up with the fact our future is not predicated on high vanadium prices, we aren't just a Vanadium miner and we have an energy storage and VI strategy that is coming to fruition at a rate of knots. Fast forward a few years and ask yourselves if it is really likely we will be living in a world where large scale, safe, long-life, long-duration energy storage isn't absolutely commonplace and Bushveld are not at the heart of that - as they already are beginning to be. I doubt it very much. I don't get why anyone should be lowering their expectations. Mine are getting higher and higher as climate change gets more and more serious and the demand for clean, safe energy becomes more and more stark.
