Don't sell the company + the warrants don't get exercised = future raise. The company don't have cash to achieve all their goals, it said so in the RNS. It's possible this is the way the company. SP will only go down if the warrants aren't exercised IMO.

Agree with all that R. I'm very happy to be here, I'll be a bit less happy if it dropped into the teens but I understand that risk and I am happy taking it. All the best to you too and everyone else here.

I'm trying to say let's not chastise those that are a bit down on things sometimes. People all have different goals and whilst we saying folks are bedwetters or derampers or whatever, the next day you might very very well be a bagholder of some stock you own that let you down.

All types should be heard, the short, medium and long termers. The bears and the bulls and those in between. All of which hopefully make a few quid in Landore.

Your long term thinking is refreshing; often a pleasure to read, but you miss the point with it too.

Let's say hypothetically no warrants are exercised and they do a raise at 18p, SP settles around 17p.

Those lucky enough to have a low average like mine at 23p are still 25% down on our investments, at that price I could have 33% more Landore shares than I do now for the same £ outlay. The long termers here watch as more and more people get to jump on the train with a nicer seat than them, even though they got on first.

People have a right to be irritated by that. I said when I came here I had a two year time frame. The short term is still important though, opportunity costs hurt.

At the same time if I had a windfall I would likely buy some more here (though there are plenty of other opportunities out there). Value is exceptional at 20p (and 25p and 30p) IMO if strategic review comes to the conclusion we hope it does.

You read the Yooma report ICB? It's awful

Yooma mcap would be £4.5m here in UK (based on the 100m shares it has) not adding the two up.

Means the Canadians value it at £1.6m... Even sadder now.

Market thinks so too Longlad on Yooma, mcap of Aquis + CNSX about £6m. SEED in here for c£3m. A devastation of shareholder value even the guy that runs DDDD hasn't managed.

They ain't raising **** anytime soon so they'd better shape up. Going on that sort of spending spree with anything less than near certainty regulations aren't going to go against you is appalling.

Taking the positives though Eurox + LGP (another dog but one that's staying the right side of the regs) being medicinal hopefully keeps them going the right way. Though LGP I'd just be happy for it to stop going the wrong way...

I think you're spot on AM90, and maybe a little too pessimistic today Nice. The pertinent part for me is the extra stuff they chose to put in around dilution not being desirable and the illustration that they've got plenty of cash in the bank.

Working capital will be a medium term issue (which pretty much disappears if a significant number of the warrants are exercised) by which point the review process will be hopefully nearing a conclusion and buyers will have started to form. I don't want to be one of those guys here that worships at the altar of Bill Humphries, but everything seems in hand and considered. A great final report imo. For now let's see what happens up until July 14th.

I'm uncertain of that Mick, company plans are to start in H2 (which I assume is the earliest they have the qualified people readily available). I've read it can take anywhere from around a couple of months to 4 months to complete.

I think these read very well. Company clearly prepared for all outcomes, but they expect the outcome many of us here hope for in near term activity funded by warrants / existing cash before the strategic review concludes. I appreciate the comments on efforts to avoid unnecessary dilution, cash position strong for the near term.

I still believe this sells after the PFS.

I think you're probably right between you Barwick and Midas, a lot of new investors have come in that probably don't like the new bags they're holding.

I had to ask though, there's been so many decent sized and in my opinion well timed sells (in terms of not dropping the SP too much, obvs c4.5p a big surprise for me see these go for) this last week or so I wanted to gauge opinion.

Today's 154k sell accounts for nearly all the buying that happened earlier. I've noticed it seems to happen frequently here since the pump up to near 8p, that after any decent buying a near equal sell follows.

Alternatively, am I full of it and looking for something that isn't there?

I've listened to it twice and I'm determined not to listen again.

If this IPOs at even £50m for the total company Seed sees massive SP growth.

Mark, if that is the case why aren't we getting that mentioned in the RNS. Pretty important thing to the c43% owning fund that the supposed majority of revenues aren't known to us.

It's the problem with Seed, everything is a bit shady, we get a snippet that gives more questions than answers.

Can people please stop claiming Leap is in any way a £100m+ company now. It'll be transformational for the Leap NAV is I'm sure still the opinion here, but if we can temper the blue sky predictions that'd honestly be quite nice
