gspc the government wont bail out gspc but they will make gspc sell off assets to raise cash is it bailing out cambay till it gets sorted

after reading india news papers this weekend and doing research found gspc selling off a lot of there assets form oil blocks to oil terminal but no talk of selling canbay I wonder y do they wont to keep it because they no how much it is worth and want to keep at all costs [think its buy and hold here]
