The problem is they refer to £1m revenue being addition to their baseline revenue from Q3 Update but the problem is between Q2 and Q3 there's been a decline in revenue so there's not a lot to get excited about if we end up relying on Q4 figures. Just hope this sidetrack is successful.
If you want to transfer your holding from ISA to Trading acc with II. go to cash&transfers then Transfer in /internal transfer/account to account. You will be able to transfer your holdings over but it could take a few days to complete
When qualifying shareholders purchased Tils shares pre demerger announcement the Stemprinter was a valuable asset within the company hence shareholders being rewarded with free shares ACMSY after the demerger was completed. So they do hold some value as the share price of Tils declined post demerger completion.
After the share consolidation is completed yes they will retain the same proportion as before but more importantly its the value of your holding that carries a greater concern because until ACMSY and TLSA begin to gain some significant value then both will be linked together as a combined loss for the qualifying shareholders. Hopefully the move to Nasdaq like for most other biotech companies decisions will pay off in the med/long term and i expect to see some value restored. However post consolidation and listing it would be expected that there will be new dilution to raise more research funding, but its more important that we recover our paper losses first before that happens and then we can accept both companies as separate entities . Good luck
I’m sure whatever the requirements are they will have received the guidance but I’m in agreement that I wouldn’t expect it to be a very low patient figure to gain approval however as the process is different I'm still optimistic that they can achieve their goals despite some of the hurdles they may have to face as it looks like covid is going nowhere for now.
Are you disputing what has been written in the article about the process for EUA not being the same as gaining normal FDA approval ? If anything they will be seeking guidance from the FDA on their next stages so whether it’s 80 or over 1000 I’m sure they will be fully informed.
Gaining EUA for covid 19 use is not the same as gaining normal FDA approval https://www.news-medical.net/health/Monoclonal-Antibody-Treatments-in-COVID-19.aspx
The only problem I have with their Investors calls from previous is that there is later a separate discussion with Institutional Investors that private investors are locked out of .
Obviously Institutional investors have invested a lot more money than private investors that gives them access to more sensitive strategic information but at the same time these calls also attract new large investment .
There is so much potential here but as their pipelines are about to move on to the next stages they have to ensure they have the capital available to continue with further development.
IMO any important news that private investors gain access to, when ready will also be available through the normal news outlets so don't expect too much from these calls even though some of the frustration around is understandable based on the past updates.
Hopefully some good news will be made available soon.
We are here now and no more room for excuses or another changes of direction. This company has so much potential to deliver but they need to show some continued stability in their direction of travel. Patience is the key when investing in Bio Pharma companies especially when they are building their pipelines and the risks associated with them but at the same time they also have to build good investor confidence and some of the negativity (at this stage) imo can be justified as we are not where we were expected to be and are left to continue keeping faith in the boards decisions especially when they change their plans.
Hopefully this Nasdaq listing decision will finally pay off and gain more liquidity in share holder value especially if its backed up with some long awaited good news . They also have to complete the listing of Accustem to erase eligible share holders paper losses and show the market they have a competent board that delivers on their promises.
Good Luck all
Imagine those employees that have had their salaries offset into shares and seeing that the so called likelihood is this is going to end in disaster even when the chemicals are finally delivered. Rather than sit about doing nothing until then you would have thought based on that assumption they would be looking for another job and licking their wounds like us . They are not going anywhere, still will be working and they know far about what's really going on than us on this board.
From their Institutional investors view PH maybe doing a good job especially if PIs get spooked at this stage of where the company is and a RNS can be wrote in a way to achieve that. Manipulation at this time now we could have a breakthrough especially with high oil prices could be the main driver now and I wouldn't be surprised if the big backers are behind it whilst PIs are left to argue amongst themselves on what decisions they are going to make.
Hepseal what was the oil price in Dec 20 compared to the oil price now? yes I can see the decline in production but I can also see the increase in the oil price so we are selling less oil now but getting a better return than in Dec 20. If production can be increased surely it will good news all round
30th Sept the company’s cash position was £2.7M but what’s not included is
At the beginning of October 2021, the Company agreed to sell approximately 9.6 Mbbls of oil from Block XIB and the revenue of $677,000 will be included in the Q4 sales. Also, the Company is currently preparing to sell approximately 12 Mbbls of oil from the West Rustavi field later this month.
So if this additional revenue is included in Q4 it strengthens our cash position and with good production test results we may start seeing some upward movement .
If there's plenty of oil and gas there ,it doesn't matter if PH is there or anyone to replace him right now. We are too far down the road for it to make a difference now but even though its frustrating I still see a brighter horizon in the long term whilst factoring in these ongoing hurdles. Its just a shame we can not capitalise right now on the O&G price boom
Now let’s see what Baker Hughes really brings to the table and if their so called experience can help sort this mess out.Not good at all today but time will tell
It’s a direct listing not an IPO so I wouldn’t expect there would be more consolidation. Possibly additional shares added maybe between the listing date and when we can officially trade our shares but hopefully supported by some news and some upside on the price . GC promised not to dilute any further until we are at a far higher price but surely can not be standing now under these new arrangements .
Just wondering does the rest of the world know that BLOE have gas reserves as other companies at least are getting some acknowledgment ? I was hoping to see some momentum above the 3p mark but as per usual we are down again. At what price does gas have to be to at least see some gains , surely something has to give ?
