Its all been posted on the Forum petergar. Nobody wants to say to much on here because you get your head bitten off, however a lot is still being digested, I am sure some of the posters on the Forum will cut and paste some of their stuff soon.

Noose why don't you try again using a different name say your wife's and see if you can get on that way. By the sound of it you need to take things easy and you can do this while resting up. We have had quite a lot of new people recently start posting. I think the general sentiment is we are all keeping everything crossed but and its a big but. Lets see what they have got to say on Monday but I think we can and will raise the money to give it one final burst. If we cant get something next year then in my opinion we never will. DP we don't hear from any more but that's not to say hes gone.
Fyoz is saying I am wrong by the look of it and it may be for every 10 shares held you get one for 2.5 P and no free ones !! Maybe that was just wishful thinking.

Hi noose, It is a real shame you cant get on the Forum where all this has been discussed good and bad. No we are not happy , and I for one thought that the red dot on Friday was the good news talked about at the AGM and not an open offer. Those at the AGM made it very clear that when the Board were asked about funds that they were very laid back, this was taken that good news would come fairly soon. The feeling on the Forum is that good news may well be on the way and that this fund raise is as little as they can get away without diluting to much. But there of course is no guarantee. We the LTShareholders are being asked for more funds in the hope that the 2.5p a share will be long forgotten in a few months time. IMO I dont want to see this go tits up I have to much invested in it so will find what is required to keep it all going. If Freepoint were not involved I would sell up and salvage what I could, but they make the difference.Everyone must make up their own minds so good luck with that.

Still here noosking as is Prep but haven't heard from Dpe for some time now. Not a lot to say really, I live in hope that something will happen, but realistically I believe they will need to raise funds first and for that to be a success they need something, anything, to secure a good fund raise. The old red dot make me feel quite queezy these days and I look with trepidation at the RNS as to the next bit of bad news. Still not singing just yet , but if nothing by the end of the year, this fat lady will almost certainly be breaking into song.

This is effectively the 3rd RNS saying that KSA is finished. The wording in the first 2 gave hope that things could be turned around to those that chose to read it like that. The Company should have said what they have just said in this RNS right from the beginning , and then if the miracle had happened just think how happy we would have all been. Anyway the company obviously shorts itself because I can think of no other reason why the Directors would want to say in effect the same news 3 times. Have gone to the bunker now, and just hope there is a rabbit to be pulled out of the hat. and if there is lets see how they will be able to cock that up.
