Ladies /Gentlemen I to have shares with 7 0's as many of you have, I have invested far to much and encouraged others to invest in a company that I was 95% would come good eventually, and deep down still believe that it will.
Some of us use to joke about the £10 club let alone the £1 club but if we carry on on diluting the companies shares the 20p club will be seen a a real plus for us LTS and I believe someone, once this is proven in either Morocco or Utah will come in and pick up the whole kit and kabodal for a song, and looking at how tired MK looked the other day when he asked us to support the Board on resolution 6 I think he and Jason will be glad to be shot of it.
I got involved because Maersk were in the background and we were working with top companies involving the patents.
KSA came along and I remember posting fairly soon after the Forum started that "The Old Man"had said don't expect anything quick to happen in The Kingdom it takes years and he knew because he worked there for 12 years and it took his company 8 years to get permission to install computers, but it was Saudi and if we could get in there then hey £25 a share was possible.
Then there was Japan and that weird do at the AGM where notices were picked up from the chairs just before it started, I believe giving rise that a deal was soon to be announced and that the Board had jumped the gun, but Yippeeee Japan was now in.
The Marine trial with CESPA actually producing the stuff for Maersk was our biggest win at the time. We followed that bloody ship all around the Mediterranean and the bunkering barges , we knew when the crew had a wee ( well not quite !!) but what could possibly go wrong !! Maersk were in and it was just a matter of time.
We have since then had various fish dangled under our noses some have smelt sweet but all went a bit nasty until Morocco came along which smelt sweeter and completely out of the blue, Utah which we shareholders knew nothing about until an RNS from Tomco ( I Think ) mentioned us as being a major player in theirs and Petroteq quest to turn oil into liquid gold and it was dependent on QFI . Brilliant just what the company wanted and deserved in the middle of a Pandemic !.
So time has marched on this year and once again we are in a place where we are going to need more money with still nothing concrete in place, and we are being asked to put out trust in the Board that although close at times have yet to seal a deal.
I have been critical of the Board but have to believe that we will have something in the next few months that will see us on the way but not at any price and I would personally like to see MK and Jason take a pay cut for now while we need extra funds and give them a whole lot of shares when the contacts come in but I am not hopeful that will happen. Either way we will know soon enough as I believe we are in the end game now, it is sink or swim time and nobody can say we didn't see the Buoy coming. Good luck everyone
