The choice of 1p as an incentive was absolutely ridiculous and I personally think a more detailed RNS released now as to WHY it was 1p.. when the SP that day was 1.27p was authorised !

Even 1.50p from 1.27p would have been a little low "ambition wise" but to do it 27% lower than the current SP

Geni I thought was a great buy but that 1p "incentive" for staff that increased the share count by 76m and the incentive from 3.70p to 1p was horrendous.. especially as the SP was 1 27p at the time
