Strange you own all these Helium companies and admittedly you don't post much.. but you have never posted in HEX or QHE [or their previous ticker MSMN] in the 2 years I skimmed back!

Mcap is very important and this is some 5x lower to its counterparts AND QHE managed to raise 5m from a 10m mcap ... pretty impressive

Well the answer to

GEX is simple..

HEX rose some 300% in 12 months!

HE1 has over doubled in value in 6 months

QHE would be up 100% in 12 months but for the need for funds, as it's still exploration but heading fast to production and only a 15m mcap

A really good point actually Laura. Another 1.5m$ to the cash on hand, it could be almost half the mcap in cash now.

Only a little patience needed and this will blow, much like HEX did .....12p to 47p in less than a year and their mcap is still 5X QHEs... plus they only manage to raise 5m at a time too historically, the same as QHE did. It shows the interest and hype around QHE.

However, HEX cash raises seem to move the share price up 20/25% from the subscription price.

Now QHE is level with the placing price and lots of news due imminently.

It looks an absolute BUY at this SP

I have previously never read an RNS from a company stating that an auditor has resigned, where

A] they give no reason why, normally they will state, "the auditor has confirmed there resignation has nothing to do with any concerns over the companies accounts/audit" or words to that effect

B[ the 7am auditor resignation DOESN'T state that the companies shares will have to suspend on the 1st due to the failure of the audit to be completed on time

The other red flag is the auditor resignation 1 day before the audited results were due to be published.. did they really only let the company know that morning or evening before????

Anyone holding this into suspension needs to get to GA or just stick to Ladbrokes or their local casino

It looks like it was a sham and a pump and dump company that was promoted all over social media last year
