This is not cheap...

Consolidation in Europe means the action or process of making something stronger or more solid. In the UK it seems it has a completely different meaning?!
Solid means firm and stable in shape, price...

Just shy of 99% of shareholders approved the consolidation, Saga said earlier in October.

Maybe "consolidation" meaning in UK does not have the same meaning in the Western Europe. This SAGA consolidation looks more like manipulation with the cash money of the shareholders involved in IT. When you put 100 million pounds in the size of the company like SAGA, you would expect some significant JUMP in the price. However, the price has continued to go down. It looks BOD turn down that questionable 33p offer to help somebody (Sir R) to buy the company in the process of bankruptcy.

Last week they sucked in the game "PUMP and DUMP" a lot of new naive RR shareholders between 150 and 240p to get entitled for the East's RI crap. The old shareholders have been f....ed up before. Now it is time to go back to the fundamental price of 106p (32p). Casa has been right for a quiet long time.

You have to buy means you have to purchase your RI if you don’t want to have further loss. At the current price of 220,
TERP is 75p. If I don't buy the RI, the price of my "old" RR shares will go down to 75p. Am I right?

Can somebody confirm from which date we can start buying the RI, and when this is going to be finished? When will we be able to start trading with the new price (date)?
I do not have confidence in the company at all. I do not like the fact that I have to buy the RI if I already own the RR shares. As longterm shareholder with invested 68000 pounds, I sold half of my stake two days ago with the loss of 20 thousand pounds. The rest of 9000 shares forces me to invest another 9600 pounds (30000 new shares) for the RI. The whole story about the RI looks to me like the company tries to take money from its shareholders. I really hope to see 250-275p in the next week to sell the rest with another huge loss. If it does not happen, I am forced to invest the RI. I am surprised how some people are so happy to invest in RR considering such an incompetent and dishonest management team.

All optimistic comments in the last 6 months were not based on the facts. Whoever made negative comments was exposed to very inappropriate vocabulary. I am not English, i would never invest money in British business. But, my late parents invested money (25000) into this misery of the company. The management team looks incompetent and autistic. The balance sheet is rubbish. The right issue and consolidation looks to me more like the SAGA manipulation. I am not a stockmarket expert, but there are so many disinformation about British companies and business, it is impossible to do a proper research. Maybe this is the main reason why FTSE 100 has been stuck for 20 years despite the fact the pound lost 35% of its value vs euro. GLA

If anyone can buy something for 32p and sell for 71p, or 41p, it is going to be done ASAP, especially with the company like RR. Fundamentals are bad, and the management team is completely incompetent.

I would not recommended. I am entitled to buy 30 thousand new shares for 32p which would be priced on 12th of Nov 71p if the SP is the same like today (195). If I sell for 71p - the profit would be around 12 thousand pounds. However, the SP will not be 71p (195). It is going to be close to 32p. Because, everybody is buying the rights for 32p to sell for the price above it. I would not be surprised that the SP could go below 32p . The balance sheet, the management team, the products - everything is in a big problem. Good luck

Fundamentals are the same - crap. The management team - the same crap. The balance sheet - every day is getting worse. Why would the price go up ?

I hold 8700 shares , that gives me opportunity to purchase 29000 new shares for 32p (rights).

If I do NOT buy the rights before 23rd of October, and the RR price is ar the time 155p - the new RR price will be 60p. DOES IT MEAN that the value of my RR stake will go down from 13500 pounds (8700 × 1.55) to 5200 pounds (8700 x0.6) ?

If you already have the RR shares, you must buy the rights or you are going to lose 58% of the value on 23rd of October. Am I right?

If we buy the rights ... Today I sold half of my RR shares with loss of 21 thousand pounds. Because I DID NOT WANT to buy the rights which would have been originally around 60 thousand new shares. Now I am forced to buy "only" 30 thousand new shares. Can somebody confirm me that if I do not buy the rights , the value of the RR shares will go to 50-60p ??? Thanks
