Dinosaur industry...rather than wait for oil sector to recover in the next few years (or never), why not to buy sectors which perform well now. RR and BP have something in common - poor management team.

Dear Arsenal, new Al Yamamah deal with properly corrupted Government , and RR could survive. Forget vaccine, RR needs a proper war.

It is nice to see somebody who is extremely happy with this company. Is it congenital or you are taking private lessons?

What did RI mean to me in RR. case?
My family spent 68 thousand pounds to buy 17000 RR shares taking advices from a few financial experts. The RI required extra purchase of new RR shares for 18000 pounds. The fundamentals and management team have not changed at all in the last 6 months. I decided to sell everything with 50% loss. RR just needs money to cover its incompetence in many ways.

I am not sure RR. is a good investment. My parents (including me) had been longterm shareholders, and on Friday I sold the whole stake with loss of around 35 thousand pounds. I don't believe in RR business, and in British business in general. I don't think anyone really knows what's going on with RR business including dishonest RR management team. Casajuma was very much right in the last 4 months.

I would think that it will be further fundraising down the line (unless they get taken over before then).
Regarding "The Government won't let it fail". That may be the case, but it does not mean if it came to the disaster they would protect ordinary shareholders from being wiped out.
