According to Selans operational update from Q4 2024 the Farm in farmout agreement was changed from continuous drilling to staggered drilling where was the notification to SYN holders of this change?

Well they agreed to it according to Roland but as we have all come to realise anything he says you take with a pinch of salt maybe check which direction the wind is blowing or as has been recently blame the monsoons!!!

I really disagree about blaming Selan due to Rolands poor decision making.

Selan is a successful company being ran properly with numerous drilling projects on going, as well as receiving income from oil and gas.

Why would they prioritise drilling Cambay when they already have a pre planned drilling schedule.

This has been poor negotiations by Roland.

Now he wants for some reason unknown to me focus on CCS. The UK CCS requires an appraisal well to be drilled costing £26 million how is he funding this?

If we do by some reason drill an appraisal well how is the company funding its self for the next 5 years until CCS comes online with no income?

Are we then going to blame selan for Rolands poor decision making in pursuing CCS?

The company needs a reset and that needs to start at the top with Roland leaving and then we need to focus on oil and gas production not just chasing CCS pipe dreams. We only need to look at how successful Selan is operating and just copy what they are doing instead of running round like headless chickens. Roland is not up to the job and thats a fact.

Gordon Selan are running a successful company drilling, producing gas, sales and have a clear work programme.

During their investor AGM Sunil Bahtti there CEO even stated they aim to return cash to investors in 2 years.

Why tarnish a successful company just because of the horror show here. Constant miscommunication to investors, next to no income and fund raise after fund raise to pay Rolands Salary. Cant just blame others for the absolute car crash here

Gordon, Selan have been clear in there investors presentations as to their drilling schedule.

They stated in their investor presentation of Q4 2024 that the drilling at Cambay would be in Q2 2025. Yes its delayed and we are in Q3 but they clearly stated drilling was in Q2 2025.

I understand everyone's frustrations however it looks like Roland has said one thing to shareholders and agreed otherwise with Selan. Again all this blame falls on Roland . Since June 2025 all we have had is RNS's stating drilling delayed due to Monsson rains. Why state this when he clearly knows drilling is not starting till after September 2025 anyway. Selan are running a successful company and they realise the significant potential of Cambay. However they had a drilling Programme and they are drilling according to that. Yes Roland should have put something in the JV agreement in regards to drilling but obviously hasn't. The blame for all this lies with Roland. he should do the honourable thing and step down or take a pay cut of 2/3 to preserve cash.

The AGM posted on youtube backs this up and they state October / November for drilling.

Roland has known this all along instead of posting ridiculous RNS stating delayed due to monsoon rains why not just come clean and just tell the truth instead of SYN investors having to rely on Selans presentations to find out what's going on at Cambay. While Roland just posts a load of BS RNS's.

Selan aren't to blame here they have made it pretty clear in all their quarterly presentations what their plans are its Roland who has misled investors continually must think we are all stupid. The next Selan quarterly presentation is due out this month.

The only thing that lands on time is Rolands pay in to his account every month

Think all this monsoon nonsense delays have been made up by Roland. From watching the Selan AGM and reading there quaterly report they are currently drilling the well at Duarmara as Callum said they are still waiting on Duarmara to hit target depth (though it cant be too far off maybe two weeks, threemax) I would imagine before they moving the drilling rig to cambay.

WHY MAKE A FOOL OUT OF INVESTORS ROLAND MONSOON RAINS MY AR**

Suppose we will have to wait for the next quarterly update from Selan due this month and as Roland is now impotent the only activity he sees if the £15K salary landing in his bank account every month for doing FA.

At least hes getting paid £1750000 per annum salary from a company that is being funded by the shareholders.

Share holders are sat on significant losses Roland's statements are now verging on fraudulent

Selan and Roland have both shown any agreements between are as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

It is just seems the whole sale process is to ensure Roland receives his salary.

We received £500k when the HOT were agreed on the 4.8.25, again all that money as part of the sales process is going to Roland in his salary. The Share holders havent seen a penny of this.

We have no income we had a fundraise in November 2024 and February 2025 and again all these funds have gone in to Rolands Salary with nothing to show. Again if the sale process goes through just like Roalnds previos statememts on a full field development that just didnt happen Shareholders wont see any of the sale proceeds. Just seems to be smelling alot of BS here

The appraisal well form the UK CCS is £26 million where is this money coming from.

The CCS is a white elephant unproven and not until 2030 onwards.

It will cost £26 million to drill the appraisal well where does Roland think this money is coming from Shareholders pockets? I cant see anyone else wanting to fund this.

Roland couldn't even arrange for 1 well to be drilled after signing the $20 million JV with Selan in february 2024. Pigs will fly when he gets the $26 million funding to drill an appraisal well for the CCS. Roland is out of touch and needs to stop dreaming and live in the real world. He's just damaging shareholders investments with his not so bright ideas time for him to go.

The good news could be Roland has resigned and we finally employ someone with balls and can stand up for shareholders instead of being a wet lettuce

My opinion is that we should sell our CCS license off and reinvest the funds in drilling the wells at Cambay its 150km squared field.

We should tell Selan they have breached the terms of the JV agreement and they are no longer entitled to 50% of Cambay and take 100% full ownership back drill the wells and develop the field our selves

Just seems as if Roland has his head buried in the sand.

Roland needs to go the company was in a better place without him this hasnt worked out either for him or the shareholders.

He is just now sat drawing a salary after screwing the shareholders.
