Selan need to provide bank guarantees for the purchase what if they are unable to provide bank guarantees for the purchase their is so much uncertainty I think this delisting is premature.

We need to vote for the sale and not the delist, Selan need to show us the money and this needs to be paid to shareholders before we delist. Cant have a situation where millions land from the sale and the CEO and board have no accountability who do the PI turn to then the delisit is a BIG NO

This just seems like a scam

I just dont trust Selan what so ever.

Are they punching above their weight and that's why the dont have the funds to drill the wells?

Cant see any other explanation.

It it quite clear from the silence and the conduct of both Roland and Selan it can be implied that:

1) Selan have acquired 50% of Cambay for $2.5 million that was paid in August 2024. They had no intention of drilling the 3 wells and now have sneakily acquired 50% of Cambay.

2) Due to Roland not challenging Selans conduct they now think they can acquire the remaining 50% for $500K that was paid in August 2025.

3) Selan will acquire 100% of Camaby for $3million

4) Theres always enough funds paid by Selan to pay Roland his £15K Salary per month so he stays quiet and doesn't challenge Selan.

5) This is starting to smelly a bit fishy bribery and corruption

SYN literally have no control over the works at Camaby Selan are just doing whatever they want.

What type of JV has Roland signed one that give him a monthly salary of £15,000 for doing no work from a company that has no income.

At the moment it feels as their is no urgency at all Roland has gone in to hibernation just picking up his £15K salary every month.

Selan know exactly what they have with Camabay I think its the largest field in their portfolio 4 x larger than the field they are currently drilling.

As Roland has no say so and Selan are calling all the shots what work is he actually doing apart from snoozing to justify his salary?

When does the drilling start for the new wells. the exclusivity period end on the 4.1.25 then what happens so many questions need answering yet for some reason Roland hasnt got the time or be bothered to answer any questions. The JV was announced on Feb 2024, it has been 20 months since then and finally Roland has crawled out of bed an announced the rig is on site for the work overs. At £15000 per month Roland has earned £300000 since February 2024. Lets hope the works overs produce more gas than Roland does and its not just all hot air. Selan have paid $2.5 million for 50% of Camabay and no sign of drilling yet.

Cambay is 161KM squared and that the size of 22,000 football pitches. Roland is giving this away for peanuts and ensuring his salary is paid for the next few months.
